Terms of Service
Effective September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fullerton Pet Clinic website. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Not Medical Advice
Content on this website — including service descriptions, blog posts, and any general health information — is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's specific condition. Nothing on this site creates a veterinarian-client-patient relationship; that relationship begins only when your pet is examined in person by one of our veterinarians.
Booking and Third-Party Services
Appointment requests are handled through Pet Portal, a third-party booking service. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of Pet Portal or any other third-party site linked from this website (including our online store).
No Warranty
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific treatment outcome will result from services described here.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullerton Pet Clinic and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site will not exceed $100.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photos, logos, and design — is owned by Fullerton Pet Clinic or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
