Dental X-Rays
Full-mouth digital X-rays are standard with every dental cleaning here, not an upsell. They catch root infections, abscesses, and bone loss hiding under a tooth that looks fine on the surface, and confirm that any extraction came out completely clean.
Ensuring Anesthesia Safety
Every dental patient gets a pre-anesthetic evaluation and an anesthesia plan tailored to their age, breed, and health history, monitored on in-house equipment for the entire procedure.
Non-Anesthetic Dentistry: What You Should Know
Do you offer non-anesthetic dentistry (NAD)?
No — we don't recommend it, in line with AAHA guidance.
Why not?
NAD can't clean below the gumline, which is where periodontal disease actually starts. It looks like a cleaning from the outside without addressing the problem underneath.
What's the risk?
Untreated periodontal disease, stress and injury to an awake pet being restrained, and missed diagnoses that a full exam under anesthesia would catch.
What should I do instead?
Schedule a real cleaning under anesthesia, with full-mouth X-rays, so we can see and treat what's actually happening.
