Care You Can Trust — From a team you can love

Senior Wellness

Helping your pet age with comfort and dignity.

Senior Pet Wellness Exams

Aging pets don't always show obvious symptoms — the changes are subtle, and easy to miss between annual visits. That's why we recommend wellness exams every six months once a pet reaches their senior years, so small changes get caught while they're still easy to manage.

What to Expect During the Exam

Every senior exam covers the same ground, in two parts.

  1. 1

    A thorough history

We ask about appetite, water intake and urination, activity level, and any changes in behavior — the small shifts that are easy to write off as "just getting older."

  2. 2

    A full physical exam

Heart and lungs, eyes, ears, and teeth, muscles and joints, skin and coat, and a neurological and abdominal check.

Diagnostic Testing for Seniors

Blood Work

Catches organ function changes and metabolic disease before symptoms show up.

X-Rays

Looks at joints, organs, and masses that a physical exam alone can't reveal.

Urinalysis

Flags kidney disease, diabetes, and urinary infections early.

Specialized Tests

Bloodwork panels and screens tailored to breed-specific or age-specific risks.

Creating a Custom Care Plan

When we find something, we build a plan around it — diet changes, medication, managing a chronic condition, or support for pain and mobility. The goal is always the same: keep your pet comfortable and doing the things they love, for as long as possible.

Let's keep them feeling young

Book a senior wellness exam and get ahead of the changes before they become problems.
