Privacy Policy
Effective September 18, 2026
Fullerton Pet Clinic ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as when you call, text, or visit our clinic (e.g. your name, phone number, and information about your pet). We do not currently operate any online forms that collect personal information on this website.
When you use our booking tool, you're taken to Pet Portal (operated by petportal.vet), a separate service that handles appointment requests. Information you submit there is governed by Pet Portal's own privacy policy, not this one.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses a cookie-consent banner. Non-essential cookies — including any analytics tools (such as Google Analytics/Tag Manager or PostHog) and advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel) — only load after you click "Accept" on that banner. If you click "Reject," or take no action, those tools do not load. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and what each one does.
As of the effective date above, analytics and ad-pixel tracking are not yet active on this site — the infrastructure exists but no analytics ID has been configured. This policy will be updated when that changes.
Call Recording
We do not currently use call-tracking or call-recording software. If we begin recording calls made to our published number (for example, using a service like CallRail), we will announce that at the start of the call and disclose it here and near our phone number, as required under California's two-party consent law.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and why.
- Request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information. To the extent any analytics or advertising cookies are considered "sharing" under CCPA once they're active, you can opt out at any time by clicking "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the site footer, which withdraws cookie consent immediately.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@doc-ads.com or by calling (657) 655-4393. We will respond within the timeframe required by California law.
Third Parties We Work With
Depending on which features are active, information may be shared with:
- Pet Portal (petportal.vet) — appointment booking, only when you use the booking link.
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager — site-usage analytics, not yet active (see above).
- PostHog — product analytics, not yet active (see above).
- CallRail (or similar) — call tracking, not yet active (see above).
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
